At Salon Polin, your safety is our highest priority. Here are some of the measures we are taking during this pandemic to ensure we can serve you safely.
We are not taking walk-ins, all services are by appointment only. We willserve only one client at a time.
How you can help: when you make your appointment, provide your full name, email address and phone number
Everyone will have their temperature taken at the door by infra-red thermometer
How you can help: If you are feeling ill, or have been exposed to someone with COVID 19, please cancel your appointment. For your arrival, please be wearing a disposable mask that loops behind the ears (if you are having color done, consider wearing a disposable mask because of risk of staining)
The Salon is equipped with single pass air conditioning. The air is not recirculated, it is vented back outside.
The entire salon is sanitized with a disinfectant fogging machine.
At the end of your service, we will begin the checkout process. We will total your service, add gratuity and your home care products (we will gather them and bag them up). We will clean the signature pad with 70% alcohol for every single guest.
How you can help: Please understand that there will be a $5 COVID sanitation charge.
